Unappreciated Efforts of Marqus Blakely

He's doing it all

In their first two games, the San Mig Coffee Mixers are still struggling to get their first win of the tournament. Seems like this team is having having a problem with their offense averaging 78.5 points per game. Most of those point came from Blakely who averages 31.5 points per game while his team mate James Yap who's still struggling with his offense averages 5 ppg only.

In spite of his terrible Free Throw shooting, Marqus Blakely is the only bright spot for San Mig coffee who's doing almost everything for the team. Scoring, rebounding, looking for an open teammates and defending very well.

Blakely is averaging 31.5 pointer per game along with 22.5 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks per ball game. But because of 2 consecutive loss of Mixers, the fans were still not contented by his monster like performance. 

We have to know that in order for a team to win a game, everyone must do their part. Not only Blakely. He can't win a ballgame all by himself. He needs some help from his team mates. We should be thankful that we have Marqus in our team. He's determined to win. I just don't really know about the other players. 

Everyone must possess the energy, determination and eagerness to win. Maybe Marc Pingris' return might be a solution for this dilemma of San Mig Coffee. The Fans are getting impatient.  Somebody must do something.
